Bridport businesses will be opening late on Wednesdays leading up to Christmas

Despite there not being a dedicated Bridport Christmas Cheer evening this year, many businesses in the town will be opening late on Wednesdays leading up to Christmas.

Roy Gregory, of Clocktower Too in South Street and Clocktower Music at St Michael's Trading Estate, has had posters printed at Footeprints and has been delivering them to shops and asking them to join in.

The posters state that the shop will be open until 8pm on December 8, 15 and 22.

This Wednesday - December 8 - is also the official Christmas lights switch-on in the town, so why not support local and get some Christmas shopping done?

If you're a Bridport business that is opening late on Wednesday evenings, let us know by emailing [email protected] and we will compile a list of which ones are open.

ArtyFacts Studios in St Michael's is opening late on Thursday evenings for meet the makers evenings.
