Could you be an 'energy champion' and help your community become more energy efficient?

Bridport Town Council is keen to support local initiatives that address the climate emergency and help move the town toward a net zero carbon future.

The town council will be working with a range of organisations to help householders take practical actions to be more energy efficient - reducing household bills, reducing carbon emissions and keeping warmer.

The energy efficiency campaign has a number of linked elements:

• Recruiting 'energy champions' who will receive training and ongoing support to help their local community be more energy efficient

• Three energy workshops running on October 30 as part of Bridport Housing Week
