Planning applications in and around Bridport out for consultation this week include:

P/HOU/2022/01505 - 29 Burton Road

Installation of solar thermal heating tubes.

The applicant wants to add solar thermal heating tubes to the house, which will be mounted on an angled frame.

Comments can be made on this application until April 7.

P/RES/2022/01802 and P/RES/2022/01994 - Watton Lane

Application for approval of reserved matters for appearance, landscaping, layout and scale for plot 1 and plot 2 in relation to outline approval.

The applicant has submitted details of layout, scale and appearance for one three-bed home on one storey with a detached double garage on plot one and another three bed home with detached double garage in plot two.

Comments can be made on the first application until April 13, and the second application until April 19.

Erect two-storey side extension with lower ground floor, rear dormer extension and insertion of roof lights.
