Here's why a group Santa paddle boarders took to West Bay harbour

It was a wonderful sight to behold when a group of Santa paddle boarders took to West Bay harbour.
It a bid to raise funds for Action to Children, a group donned festive fancy dress and got on the water on Saturday to entertain onlookers.
Organiser Sara Bennett of Bay Paddle Boards, said: "It was so much fun and I am glad we did it with such a great turn out.
"My friend Jane Sneesby works for Action for Children and wanted to raise money for its Secret Santa which ensures all children on their books receive a Christmas present and something to eat at Christmas.
"The only way I could think of to help was to arrange a paddle boarding festive dress at West Bay as I have all the boards and wetsuits. It was totally free but asking for donations for Action for Children.
"James, the harbour master, gave us permission to use the harbour due to the sea conditions and Humpets gave us six Santa suits.
"We raised £350 in cash and loads more through online donations. We also brought people out into the fresh air - it was very fresh - and smiling again at this weird time."
