Crowds came out to honour all those who had lost their lives in war for today's remembrance parade and service.
Following an inspection from the mayor, councillor Ina Bark, the parade set off from East Street, led by the Wessex Military Band and the mayor.
It was made up of veterans, servicemen, dignitaries and representatives from the armed forces, local organisations, emergency services, Bridport Town Council, West Dorset MP Chris Loder and more.
Residents and visitors lined South Street as the parade made its way down to the war memorial outside St Mary's Church where wreaths were laid and a two-minute silence held. A service of remembrance was held outside to limit the risk of Covid.
The event was organised by Bridport Town Council, parade commander Brigadier John Dean, Rev Pete Stone of Bridport Team Ministry and a range of forces organisations.
