After the negative and stressful impact of Covid on businesses in the last year, Bridport-based HR company DTHR Solutions will be running a subsidised five-session training course to help employers improve their own and their team's performances in 2021.

Aimed at those in supervisory and managerial roles, the detailed training course will cover a wide range of topics such as setting targets, management principles, communication skills, disciplinary procedures, time management, and employee engagement.

David Thomas of DTHR Solutions said: "I believe the course will aid businesses to re-establish themselves in the coming months through better leadership. The course is suitable for any type of business and includes online handouts and coaching models that can be used in many situations".

Organised in conjunction with Marketing West SW Ltd, the course runs from Tuesday, February 23 until Tuesday, March 23 between 9.30am and 11.15am.

It costs £35 per person plus vat per session or all five sessions for £100 per person plus vat.
