New planning applications are being considered by Dorset Council for –

• Halcyon, Burton Road, Bridport (P/HOU/2025/07074) – A major upgrade to this property, including a front two-storey extension and a single-storey rear extension. The scheme also features alterations to the front garden and the installation of solar panels and an air source heat pump.
• 48 Victoria Grove, Bridport (P/HOU/2025/06979) – Permission for an infill extension with a glazed roof to the rear of the property, along with replacing front casement windows with French doors.
• Manscombe, Taylors Lane, Morcombelake (P/HOU/2025/07093) -Proposals include alterations and the erection of a single-storey extension to enhance living space.
• East Cottage, Littlebredy Farm Lane, Littlebredy (P/HOU/2025/06917) – The homeowner is seeking approval to install solar panels on the roof, supporting Dorset's push toward renewable energy.
• Bridge Acre, Broadoak to Atrim Road, Broadoak (P/FUL/2025/06949) – Plans have been submitted to erect a machinery and fodder store, aimed at supporting agricultural operations in the area.
• 1 Channel View, The Cobb, Lyme Regis (P/FUL/2025/07199) -This proposal involves replacing a front (east) elevation window and installing a glass and Juliette balcony. It also includes the installation of fixed double-glazed windows on the south elevation.
