Retention of timer frames garden room extension.

The applicant wants to add a single storey timber framed garden room to an already existing structure, used as a home gym for rehabilitation post surgery as well as a social space.

Comments can be made on this application until May 9.

P/LBC/2022/02335 - Priory Cottage, 72 St Michael's Lane

Demolish lean-to.

The applicant wants to remove lean-to sheds and build a new studio building.

Erect replacement front porch.

The applicant wants to replace a front porch and build a bigger one.
