Here's a list of roadworks coming up in and around the town this week.

St Andrews Road - Utility Repair and Maintenance Works

Traffic control (two-way signals) from today (20th) until (23rd).

A35 Lane Closure

Horticulture (cutting and planting) - A35 Crown Rdabt - maintenance works - 1 x day - vegetation cut back. This will be taking place on Friday 23rd September from 9am until 3pm.

South Street - sewer works

Sewer enabling works required for lining. In conjunction with Dorset County Council permit on South Street for gulley works. Started yesterday, expected to be completed by Tuesday 27th September.

Rope Walks

To close Rope Walks from its junction with The Tanyard for a distance of approximately 65 metres in a northwest direction to allow Jurrasic Fibre safe access to complete a permanent reinstatement.

The one-way system on Rope Walks will be revoked from its junction with Gundry Lane to allow 2-way traffic flow for access only.

The work will take place on 25th September 8am - 5pm.

Burton Road - Mobile Grip Cleaning

Traffic control (stop/go boards) will be in use from today (20th) until Friday (23rd).
