Chancery Trips still offering community transport during lockdown

Chancery Trips continues to run a limited transport service during lockdown for shopping, exercise and appointments.

Help and transport is available for those going to vaccine appointments for anyone who lives in or around Bridport and are unable to get to an appointment.

A door-to-door transport service for residents is available with a wheelchair accessible vehicle with a rear electric lift.

A spokesman for Chancery Trips said: "If you have no transport and have difficulty in using public transport and need to go out shopping or to appointments, for some exercise, or to get a takeaway coffee or meal to have at home, our volunteer driver can help you and carry shopping if needed."

Bookings must be made in advance and donations are accepted to help cover vehicle costs.
