Emergency services called as car crashes into Bridport business

Police, fire and ambulance crews were called to a single car collision on Monday evening, which saw the vehicle crash into a building on the Gore Cross Business Park in Bridport.

Bridport fire service were called to the scene at approximately 9pm to assist the police and ambulance service, with a second engine then called at 9.15pm.

A buildings inspector attended to advise on the damage caused to the building.

The incident was handed over to the business owner at 2am.

There were no serious injuries and the police are carrying out enquiries.
