An extension to create an art studio, a commercial ground source heat pump and changing the use of an existing holiday home feature in Bridport area planning applications this week.

All of the applications can be viewed on the Dorset Council website with the ability to make comments on each application –

12 Bridport Road, Beaminster, extension to create art studio;

The Workshop, Langmoor Manor, Fernhill, Charmouth, build store shed;

Old School House, High Street, Broadwindsor, replace rooflight and flat roof covering;

Bellaire House, Berne Lane, Charmouth, site a caravan;

Pilsdon Dairy Farm, Pilsdon, commercial ground source heat pump;

Lucia, 2 School Lane, Wootton Fitzpaine, detached garage and new dormer to main house;

17 Tunnel Road, Beaminster, single storey extension and decking, other alterations;

Chapel Marsh Farm, Axnoller Lane, Beaminster, alterations to internal layout, re-roofing in slate and other refurbishments and repairs;

Bonhayes Farm, Berne Lane, Whitechurch Canonicorum, use of dairy building as a home;

Overland, Shipton Lane, Burton Bradstock, change of use from holiday home to domestic house.
