Martin's Bar and Restaurant is expanding its offering, especially as we are now encouraged to work at home again.

The venue at Highland's End Holiday Park in Eype is accommodating workers with hot desking Monday to Friday from 9am.

It costs £10 for the day, which includes wifi and unlimited Costa coffee, or £15 with a lunchtime swim at Highlands End Leisure Club.

To book a table, call 01308 426919.

Bronze memberships to the leisure club until March 31 are also available for £50, or £40 from November 1.

To find out more, call 01308 426912.

As well as currently taking part in Bridport Fiver Fest – a breakfast bap, Martin's rarebit or homemade soup with coffee for £5 from 9am to 5pm until October 24 – the team is also hosting a number of Halloween events.

Children's entertainer Strawberry Jam will be joining Highland's End as Twitch the Witch for magic and balloons with her pet dragon Spike on Friday, October 23 at 5.30pm and Tuesday, October 27 from 6pm.

Enjoy a comedy magic show with Krazy Kev and Dinky Dino on Thursday, October 29 at 4pm and live music with acoustic solo performer Nathan Jon on Friday, October 30 at 7pm. His set list includes Rag 'n Bone Man, Coldplay, Oasis, Ed Sheeran, Mumford and Sons, Kings of Leon, The Foo Fighters and many more.

Bring your carved pumpkins to Martin's Bar and Restaurant on Saturday, October 31 by 4pm for a 'candlelit' judging to take place at 5pm. The pumpkin must be able to fit an LED candle and there will be a prize for the winners. This will be followed by a fancy dress dinner from 5pm to 8pm.

To attend any of these events, book a table in advance by calling 01308 426919.
