HUGS' future to be decided at special general meeting

The Hughes Unit Group Supporters (HUGS) is to hold a Special General Meeting at 7pm on Monday, February 8 to consider a proposal to dissolve the organisation.

HUGS is a mental health organisation which was formed in 2010 by a group of inpatients at the former Hughes Unit at Bridport Community Hospital.

The unit's beds closed in 2013.
