The successful candidate will encourage young people to communicate what they want from their space at the project, to have ownership on what is on offer for them and extend the charity's reach. They will also offer a supportive ear, provide information and a warm welcome, but also transparent rules that educate young people into the adult world, enabling them to be employed and streetwise, with life skills.

Chideock Stores and Post Office is looking for a full or part time shop and post office assistant to join its team.

It is a varied role working at the SPAR convenience store and post office, selling everyday essentials, preparing and placing orders, and ensuring the store presentation is welcoming. Post office training will be given.
