The Bridge House Hotel in Bridport will soon be opening its new restaurant with a new chef at the helm.

The new restaurant will be opening on Thursday 3rd November to residents and non-residents. Sunday roasts will then start on Sunday (6th).

Lee Guinnane will be heading the team in creating dishes using only the best local and seasonal ingredients.

In an announcement, the hotel said: "Coming into the Autumn, expect hearty dishes, big flavours, yet unpretentious and without the faff."

Lee is well known around Bridport having lived and worked in the area for a number of years. He has built strong relationships with many local suppliers to bring only the freshest fish, game and meat.
