Ocean Bathrooms now has a brand-new, up-to-date showroom in Bridport for its customers.

During the first lockdown, the team undertook a thorough makeover and created open spaces for presentations and working.

A spokesman said: "With the removal of the old tile room and some out of date displays, we managed to relocate all the small office areas into one large office space, creating an open feel, separated by divider screens.

"Then concentrating on the main window display, we installed a very luxury inspired display featuring special metal finishes, luxury bathroom products and with our new collaboration with Margo & Mya now up and running, showcasing some of their furnishing, fabrics and wallpaper. Other displays have been rejuvenated to bring in new designs and products.

"Thirdly, we changed the layout of the showroom creating a large, open presentation area at the front of the shop, making that area the most important part of the showroom. This area now has underfloor heating with seating enabling potential clients to sit in comfort while we showcase our bathroom designs on a TV screen, which enables the designer to 'walk' the client around the design before entering the main showroom."

A new luxury client cloakroom has been added and by using appointment only slots, customers can feel reassured the showroom will only be open for them during that time.

The spokesman added: "This also means each client has the freedom to peruse the whole showroom without worrying about other people walking around at the same time.

"We also collaborated with Dorset-based Edge Design Studio, which focuses on ethical and sustainable design. Thus, we are able to offer our clients the option on how to make a project sustainable, incorporating the use of eco paints and diffusers. A small taster of which can be enjoyed as soon as you step into Ocean Bathrooms' showroom."

Ocean Bathrooms also has showrooms in Dorchester, Poole and London and continues it home design service.
