Families can drop-in and pick-up free children's coats and pyjamas in Bridport this week.
There are lots of new and nearly new coats and pyjamas available for ages three to 12 to help keep children cosy this Christmas, with two pick-up points in the town.
Cllr Andrew Parry, Dorset Council's portfolio holder for children, education, skills and early help, said: "Please drop-in and pick up a warm winter coat and pyjamas, it is very easy, no forms, no pre-booking - just nip in a grab what you need.
"Outdoor play is incredibly beneficial for children, and with winter drawing in we are pleased that, thanks to our community pulling together, we will be able to provide winter coats and pyjamas to help Dorset's children stay cosy this Christmas."
Coats and pyjamas can be picked up at Bridport Children's Centre on Skilling Hill Road between 3pm and 4pm until Friday and Age UK Bridport shop in West Street from 10am to 4pm daily until Saturday.
