The applicant wants to change the use of land from agriculture to residential and install 18 ground mounted solar panels

P/HOU/2022/03890 - 5 The Green, Walditch

Proposed demolition of conservatory and erection of single storey rear extension, veranda and extension to utility room.

The applicant wants to remove an existing conservatory at the rear of the property and replace it with a glazed veranda and single storey extension, as well as an extension to the utility room.

Comments can be made on this application until July 22.

P/HOU/2022/03866 - 22 West Walk, West Bay

Erect single storey rear extension, erect garden building and alterations to parking area (resubmission)

The applicant is resubmitting this application due to planning permission previously depending on a willow tree requiring protection, which is no longer there.
