IMPROVEMENTS are planned for a former guesthouse and tea room in Barrack Street, Bridport.
The property, which dates from 1903 making it one of the youngest in the street, was also once a builder's yard.
Improvements agreed for the current owners include a single storey rear extension to provide a washroom, shower and toilets and a rear terrace. Although seven-bed the property has only ever had one bathroom, according to the planning request.
