Plans approved to turn Bridport town centre property into a guest house

Plans have been approved to convert a Bridport town centre property into a guest house.
Dorset Council has agreed the conversion of 4 & 4A Folly Mill Lane with a new first floor extension above the kitchen to provide ensuite bathrooms.
The applications proposed little change to the external appearance of the buildings.
Other local plans approved this week include a a single store rear extension and associated alterations to 2 Wanderwell, Bridport and the change of use for The Beauty Room at Clay Lane, Beaminster to provide medical and health services.
