The Bridport area planning applications approved and submitted this week

New applications approved this week by Dorset Council include a proposal to convert rooms above a Bridport West Street shop into flats.

Applications in the area approved this week are:

10 West Street, Bridport, change of use of existing retail storage areas over three floors to three flats together with replacement shop front;

Barton End, 50 Fleet Street, Beaminster, internal and external alterations and repairs;

Kingsland House, Salwayash, internal and external alterations, remove conservatory and replacement with infill extension.

Several new applications have also been validated ready for a decision in the area:

27 Alexandra Road, single storey extension and alterations; Marsh Farm, Wootton Fitzpaine, erect agricultural storage barn;

Daniels Cottage, 29A Hogshill Street, Beaminster, build potting shed and garden shed;

Spence Farm, Spence Lane, Wootton Fitzpaine, continued use of land for mobile residential accommodation;

10 Ridwood, Chideock, installation of new window;

South Poorton Cottage, Ridgeback Lane, South Poorton, demolish agricultural dilapidated building and erect agricultural storage unit and render smaller storage building;

Coggans Farm, Lower Holditch Lane, Lower Holditch, demolish existing wooden stable block and build home;
