Under the spotlight Bridport: Klin Klan's Thai cuisine
Under the spotlight Bridport: Klin Klan's Thai cuisine

Klin Klan's Thai cuisine started as a pop-up restaurant in West Bay, but we're so pleased it now has a permanent home in Victoria Grove, Bridport.

I have never seen a menu where I have wanted to try all of the dishes, it took a very long time to decide what to order.

Sharing with others, we opted for a selection of lite bites to try as many flavours as possible. We went for a bowl of plain noodles and steamed rice with chilli salted squid, chicken satay, duck gyoza and Thai style sausage orbs, which all came with their own dipping sauces, and some prawn crackers.

All the dishes were so fresh and light, not greasy, but filling. The flavours complimented each other beautifully, just wish we could have eaten more.

We will need to make numerous other trips to Kiln Klan's in order to try all the dishes that take our fancy and we can't wait for the next excuse to have a takeaway from there. We definitely recommend it!
