Wondering what to do this weekend? Bridport Nub News has you covered.

We've picked three events happening in and around the town this weekend for you to enjoy:

Friday: Belfast (12A)

From lauded director Kenneth Branagh, Belfast is centred around Buddy, a young boy on the cusp of adolescence whose life is filled with familial love and a blossoming romance. Yet, his beloved hometown is caught up in increasing turmoil. Showing at Bridport Electric Palace.

Saturday: Chideock path to Bridport drop-in session

Chideock resident Winston Maskell has been working hard to find out the feasibility of a safe route for walkers between the village and Bridport. See his documents and ask questions before they are sent to Dorset Council.

Sunday: Ansell & Gretel

Round off the perfect weekend with some live music at The Ropemakers pub from duo Ansell & Gretel, made up of Jack Ansell and Jamie Parker. With a set of varied classis covers, there is sure to be something for everyone.
