What's on in Bridport.
What's on in Bridport.

Wondering what to do this weekend? Bridport Nub News has you covered.

We've picked some events happening in and around the town this weekend for you to enjoy:

Friday: The Clay Bottom Jug Busters

The Clay Bottom Jug Busters are Bristol's neighbourhood jug band, playing booty-shaking blues and hard hootin' hokum straight from the streets of 1930s Memphis.

Friday: Classic Concert Jubilee Quartet

Bridport Arts Centre welcomes back the Jubilee Quartet.

Saturday: Yukon Ho!

A funny, bizarre, dark and (mostly) true, one-woman, cabaret-style guide to surviving an unbelievably mad life in Canada's frozen north.

Saturday: Imag(in)e. Exhibition & Open Day by Bridport Camera Club

At Bridport Camera Club we like to challenge the idea that all camera clubs are the same and that there is a 'right way' to do photography. The exhibition shows a selection of club members' photography in prints and a slide show. Members will be on hand to chat about what we do and there is a light-hearted 15-minute camera or smartphone challenge, a raffle and refreshments.

Saturday: Let There Be House

Let There Be House will be bringing some upbeat Dance and House music to Bridport this October.

Saturday: Family Art at Hive Beach

A wonderful family art session on the beautiful beach at Burton Bradstock with Oops Wow Messy Art.

Sunday: Roast at The Club House

Sunday roasts at The Club House.

Two courses for £20 and three courses for £25 for a starter, main or a main and dessert.

You can add your events and find more on our What's On page.

Hive Beach Company is the exclusive sponsor of Bridport Nub News' What's On section. Without community-minded partners like them we would not be able to produce dedicated, clickbait-free news to the people of Bridport.
