"Looking on the internet portals, it is clear that supply levels are low at the present time throughout the market due to the sheer volume of sales that have been agreed over the past 12 months. However, there is still a lot happening offline that perhaps people do not see.

"We continue to be very busy carrying out market appraisals and working with those clients to see if we can match them up with other properties we have been out to, which are also perhaps not online yet.

"It can be tricky for people looking to move within the area to sell and find, and match the two together in this current climate but that is very much where we come in. We can manage that situation and ensure people do not feel pressured."
