A Grade II listed home near the sea and full of character is on the market.

Built in 1710, it was commissioned by an order of monks and expanded in the 1830s by Samuel Gundry Jnr of the Gundry rope making family.
Although Grade II listed, much of the fabric of the house has been renewed. Of particular note are a new state of the art wi-fi system providing full coverage inside and in the grounds, and an infra-red satellite extender allowing access to satellite coverage in the outside area.
