Woman's workshop

If you are going through challenging transitions in your life (divorce, pending retirement, children leaving home etc) or finding yourself simply with no time to stop and take stock then this workshop may be just the place to do that.

Sandra is a group facilitator with many years' experience of working in groups. She is excited to be offering this space to women who would value a place to connect to themselves and others in the same position.
