Did you see our wonderful St Mary's parkrun on BBC's The One Show last night?

The hosts, Alex Jones and Jermaine Jenas, were talking about the popular running event finally returning after lockdown and presenter Semma Jaswal visited Bridport to see what it was all about.

She spoke to volunteers and runners, with an inspirational story from one who had been unable to walk for many years but could now complete the 5K route.
