The Watch House Café in West Bay is celebrating its 10th birthday this month.

To mark the occasion, it is offering a breakfast deal throughout October - two for £10 with the purchase of a drink each, every Sunday during the month from 10am to 11.30am.

The venue is also boasting a new menu, so we went down to try it for lunch.

Immediately taken in by the beef brisket sandwich, which is made up of beef brisket slow roasted in red wine in a pretzel bun with caramelised onions, coleslaw and chips.

It was definitely the right choice.

The beef was beautifully cooked and didn't make the bun soggy, which was deliciously soft, and perfectly accompanied by the fluffy and crispy chips. Thoroughly recommended!

If beef brisket isn't your cup of tea, the Watch House Café has a selection of pizzas on offer - which you get two of with two drinks for £20 on Friday nights from 6pm to 8pm.

For more information and to see the menu, follow the Watch House on Facebook.
