UPDATED: Walkers urged to avoid cliff tops and bases after two cliff falls between Eype and Seatown

Walkers are being urged to stay away from cliff tops and bases after a "substantial" rock fall between Seatown and Eype.
Please do stay away from the fall as fresh cracks on the cliff imply another fall is imminent and could happen very quickly.
One fall was reported this morning with cracks appearing in the cliff. Another part of the cliff in the same area has now also fallen.
A spokesman for Dorset Council said: "There has been another cliff fall just east of Seatown.
"About 300m of the cliff has been affected including the coast path. The path has been cordoned off. The cliff is still very unstable and more is expected to be lost.
"We, with National Trust, will use rope and chain cordon to guide users away from the edge. Please take notice of safety signs and stay off slip material on the beach. Keep away from cliff edges and bases."
