Bridport Carnival Committee welcomed two new members - but is still on the look-out for more.
They have already contributed many suggestions for this year's and next year's carnival.
A spokesman for Bridport Carnival Committee said: "Two new members are wonderful but more would make the load lighter. It is essential to have young people to arrange existing and new events alike.
"If you are such a person please contact Graham Davies at Longs fish and chips, King Street, Gill Crump at Instant ReDress, East Street, or email Joyce Dunford at [email protected].
"We are also hoping to hear from any organisations who require funding for their cause - we do ask for a little help in return but we are a fun-loving group."
To apply, download the beneficiary application from the Bridport Carnival website, email [email protected] or pick one up at Bridport TIC or A.G. Down at 66 South Street.
Entry forms for this year's carnival procession can also be obtained from any of the above.
