Bridport charity Harmony launching health and well-being project at allotment

Bridport mental health charity Harmony has partnered with Inspire Dorset to create a new and exciting opportunity to develop individual health and well-being.  

Seed2plate is a spring growing challenge on the Harmony allotment that is aimed at local people over 18 years that are currently not working or retired. 

Participants will:

  • Develop skills for volunteering and employment 
  • Increase self confidence 
  • Support their mental health and wellbeing 
  • Enjoy some fresh air 
  • Gain a qualification in Horticultural Award Level 1

The project will take place on the Harmony allotment next to the Community Orchard, behind St Mary's Church, South Street, Bridport.
