Land at a Broadoak farm could be use for holiday accommodation.

Denhay Farm has applied to Dorset Council for planning permission for the change of use of a small plot off Denhay Lane for a single bell tent together with a compost loo, shower and hot tub.

The plot will include parking for one car.

An application form says the site is intended for use from April until the end of October, longer than the current 56-day period where it would not need planning consent.

Comments on the application can be made to Dorset Council, ref 2021/01298, by July 22.
