Inclusion Lead - Dorset Councils

We are looking for an enthusiastic and resilient person who can work with education settings and other professionals to put in place child centred plans to prevent children being excluded and missing out on education. This role involves direct work with children and families so great communication and relationship building skills will be needed and an understanding of person-centred approaches. You will be working in a multi-agency team in West Dorset. There will be lots of opportunities to work with staff from a wide range of backgrounds and disciplines such as SEN, social care, educational psychologists, specialist teachers and family workers to name a few. You will work alongside these colleagues to find the best outcomes for children and young people.
