Bridport Ukrainian concerts are a big success

Two concerts held in Bridport in aid of Ukraine have helped raised £2,000.
The first was held on Friday, March 11 and due to such a great response, a second was held a week later on Friday, March 18.
The excellent news is that the second concert for the Ukrainian Relief Appeal held last Friday was yet again a huge success.
With Bridport Town Council waiving the Hall hire fees and a top up donation from Bridport Folk Festival, a total sum of £2,000 has been donated to the Ukrainian Humanitarian Appeal via the British Red Cross as part of the DEC.
Thanks to all who performed, helped, attended and donated over the two Fridays.
