Planning applications in and around Bridport out for consultation this week include:

P/FUL/2022/01539 - 19 and 19A South Street

External alterations to create 2 no. flats and a commercial unit.

The applicant wants to cease trading of the launderette on South Street, reduce the commercial space and create two two-bed flats in the plant room to the rear.

P/FUL/2022/01573 - 165 Victoria Grove

Conversion of garage to annexe/holiday accommodation.

The applicant wants to make changes to a detached garage to be used for residential or holiday accommodation.

P/OUT/2022/01610 - 7 Foundry Knapp

Erection of 1 no. dwelling (outline application with all matters reserved).

The applicant wants to erect a house after outline planning permission was granted in 2019 for the development of this site with one dwelling.

P/HOU/2022/01591 - North Barn, New Street Lane

Erect single storey extension.

The applicant wants to build a single-storey extension to provide two bedrooms and a bathroom.

P/HOU/2022/01541 - 11 Bridport Road, Drimpton

Erection of two-storey and single-storey extensions and car port with room over and formation of dormer windows.

The applicant wants to build a single-storey extension which would provide a dining room and expand the kitchen and a two-storey extension to provide two additional rooms and en-suites, as well as erect a car port.
