Coronavirus: The latest figures for Dorset

The number of positive coronavirus cases in the Dorset Council area decreased in the seven days between October 25 and 31.
It went from 414 cases recorded between October 18 to 24 to 390. The case rate also decreased from 110 per 100,000 of the population to 103 but the South West rate went up from 127.9 to 147.6 in the same time period.
This is compared to Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole over the same time period, which has 816 positive cases, up from 774, and a case rate of 206.4, up from 195.6.
Since October 28, there has been three coronavirus-related deaths in the Dorset Council area as of November 3, but none since October 30, and as of November 4, there were 113 Covid-19 patients in hospital beds in Dorset. This is in comparison to 85 patients on October 27.
A spokesman for Public Health Dorset said: "Our case rates remain high, particularly in the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole area, so we need everyone to follow the rules during lockdown to bring these case rates down so we can return to fewer restrictions."
