Covid vaccinations in Bridport: Reminder for patients on parking

By Lottie Welch

11th May 2021 | Local News

Patients to the Covid vaccine clinics in Bridport are being reminded about parking.

Free parking for those attending appointments is no longer available at West Street/bus station car park.

Parking in the field behind Bridport Medical Centre - now named Ammonite Bridport - has been offered at past clinics but this will only be available if weather conditions are favourable. Please do not rely on it being available if it has been raining.

Only blue badge holders will be able to park within the main surgery car park.

The next vaccination clinic will be held tomorrow (Wednesday, May 12) and the weather is expected to be cool, with light rain showers and although everything is done to minimise queues spilling outside, please be prepared for the weather.

Patients attending the medical centre are encouraged to read the important information on what to expect on the day of their vaccine, available on the medical centre's website.
