People of all ages are needed as extras in a film celebrating The Bridport Prize.
The international writing competition launched almost 50 years ago with the aim of funding the newly opened Bridport Arts Centre. It now reaches 82 countries from Australia to Yemen and has played a vital part during the pandemic in keeping the arts centre going.
Mick Smith, director of Bridport Arts Centre, said: "The Bridport Prize will always be rooted in the town and together with filmmaker Justin Owen, we want to celebrate local people, their love of Bridport and books."
People are needed to be filmed reading books - no speaking parts - at Bridport Millennium Green on Thursday, October 7 from 5pm to 7pm, so bring along your favourite book, but no dogs please. If it is raining it will still go ahead, so bring a brolly.
The film is to support the Bridport Arts Centre charity and all extras will be unpaid volunteers.
