A fundraiser incorporating music, speakers and laughter will focus on mental health and raise money for local good causes.

The mayor of Bridport, councillor Ian Bark, is inviting you to join him at Barking Mad at Bridport Arts Centre on Sunday, June 27 at 3pm.

The afternoon of variety performances will be in aid of Cupboard Love Fod Bank and The Burrough Harmony Centre.

Refreshments will be available - with homemade cakes from Sarah at Moore Than Tea - and Covid restrictions will be followed.

It opens at 2pm for a 3pm start and Cllr Ian Bark will be the MC.

Tickets cost £5, or £3 for concessions, and are available from Bridport Tourist Information by popping in or calling 01308 424901, and at Bridport Arts Centre by visiting Bridport-arts.com
