Litter Free Dorset is inviting Bridport residents to a community workshop to discuss ways litter can be reduced in the town.

This year, Litter Free Dorset will work closely with five communities between March 2021 and March 2022 to reduce litter and pollution within West Dorset. This is part of a wider project managed by Dorset's Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty team (AONB) - Greening West Dorset's Hills and Vales.

The community workshop will be held over Zoom and aims to:

  • Gather information on litter issues as well as connections with the wider community
  • Co-produce an intervention to reduce litter by seeking ideas from a range of individuals
  • Help support groups which will continue to reduce litter after the initial project ends

The workshop for the Bridport community will take place on Tuesday, March 16 at 10am. Register here.
