The fourth Bridport's mass litter pick 'From Street to Sea' has been announced in a bid to tidy up the town.

From Street to Sea will be taking place on Sunday, October 16th.

Simply turn up at Morrisons (small car park), the Co-op, or the Watch House Cafe from 10am to get picking.

A spokesperson for the event commented: "Bridport sadly still has its fair share of litter. Our streets, green spaces, rivers and beaches continue to be spoilt by those who choose to discard rather than dispose of their litter in a responsible, environmentally friendly way.

"On Sunday (16th) from 10am-12am a mass litter pick will take place covering Bridport's streets, rivers, green spaces and beaches. The Bridport Litter Free Street Champions, West Bay Beach Clean Volunteers plus numerous others will be out picking, so come along and join them.

"Show how much you love and care about the place we all call home."
