Objections to two luxury homes in Litton Cheney

Two luxury homes could be built on a site off Barges Close at Litton Cheney – if Dorset Council agree to planning consent.

The application, from C G Fry and Son is for two four-bed homes, each with two parking spaces, to the east of Skep House and backing on to Coombes Close and Barges Close to the west and south of the site.

Several neighbours have already lodged an objection to the proposal claiming that developing the site is likely to disturb ancient watercourses, increasing the risk of flooding in the area and that the extra traffic likely to be generated by two four-bed homes will disturb existing residents.
