Police, ambulance and fire respond to Bridport town centre crash

Police, ambulance and fire service are currently responding to a crash in the centre of Bridport.

A spokesman for Dorset Police said: "We received a report at 1.48pm of a two-vehicle collision on East Street in Bridport. It was reported that the road was blocked.

"Officers have attended and are currently at the scene, along with the fire and ambulance service."

There have also been reports that three vehicles are involved.

The road is blocked and drivers are advised to avoid the area.
