Police patrols will continue in Bridport after reports of criminal damage.

Homes in Priory Lane have been targeted recently, with one resident reporting damage to their door.

A spokesman for Bridport Police said: "The door was kicked in by a group of five to six young people, who then ran off and left the owner in need of having it replaced.

"Last week there was another incident in Priory Lane, where a group of young teenagers was reported to be kicking doors and knocking on windows of the terraced houses.

"Tackling anti-social behaviour is a key priority for Bridport Neighbourhood Police Team. Patrols will continue.

"It is not ok to laugh at someone else's expense.

"If you have witnessed this happening or have information which could assist us with enquiries, can you please go online and quote occurrence 55220021092 or alternatively call our non-emergency 101 number."
