Join Discovery Centre volunteer, local historian and author Elizabeth Gale on a trip down West Bay's memory lane.

She will be hosting a guided walk on Thursday, July 21 and will also be drawing on her family connections.

Elizabeth's walks are always popular, she was born and grew up in Burton Bradstock but spent a great deal of her time in West Bay where her grandmother owned a bungalow. Her interest in local history has resulted her having five books published about the local area.

No advance booking is required for the walk, but those wishing to join the walk should arrive outside the West Bay Discovery Centre in good time for a 10.30am start, there will be a fee of £5 per person - cash or card accepted upon attendance. The walk will last approximately one and a half hours.

Please call the Centre on 01308 427288, or email [email protected] if you have any queries.
