Wondering what to do this bank holiday weekend? Bridport Nub News has you covered.

We've picked three events happening in and around the town this weekend for you to enjoy:

Friday: Theo Mizu & Banda

All the way from Brazil, Theo Mizu & Banda will be coming to The Ropemakers pub to start your weekend off. The Brazilian-Gypsy-Fusion group features a danceable and universal repertoire and promises a journey around the world through music.

Saturday: Kids fun run

Bridport Ladies Circle is bringing a fun run back to town. Taking place on St Mary's Playing Fields, all abilities are welcome and there will be two different races for three to six-year-olds and seven to 15-year-olds.

Sunday: Bridport Folk Festival Fringe

Enjoy some more live music to round off your weekend with local bands and musicians at the New Inn in Shipton Gorge. Entry is free and there will be a bar and food available, raffle and of course, an afternoon of music.

You can add your events and find more on our What's On page.
