Wondering what to do this bank holiday weekend? Bridport Nub News has you covered.

We've picked three events happening in and around the town this weekend for you to enjoy:

Friday: Burton Bradstock Festival of Music and Art spring concert

Ahead of the return of the popular festival this summer, an initial spring concert will be held this Friday at the village's St Mary's Church. Anna Hashimoto and David Gordon will join David Juritz for an evening of chamber music.

Saturday: Dabz @ Hive Beach top marquee

Sit back, relax and enjoy some live music this Saturday at Hive Beach Café from 7pm to 9pm. Dabz will be performing a mix of reggae, ska, pop and world music with guitar vox and a loop pedal. Why not enjoy dinner on the coast while you're there?

Sunday: May Fete

Join Salway Ash School and celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee this Sunday with a May Fete. There will be a family fun dog show, live music, cream teas, a barbecue, raffle, face painting, bouncy castle, teddy tombola, fancy dress competition and much more.

You can add your events and find more on our What's On page.

Hive Beach Company is the exclusive sponsor of Bridport Nub News' What's On section. Without community-minded partners like them we would not be able to produce dedicated, clickbait-free news to the people of Bridport.
