Wondering what to do this weekend? Bridport Nub News has you covered.

We've picked three events happening in and around the town this weekend for you to enjoy:

Friday: Stealing Whiskey

It wouldn't be the weekend without some live music and Stealing Whiskey is coming to The Ropemakers pub. The modern folk band from Dorset specialises in upbeat, hand-crafted harmonic tunes sure to get your weekend off to a good start.

Saturday: World Nettle Eating Competition

It's back! With a new location, the World Nettle Eating Competition returns and will be held at Dorset Nectar Cider near Waytown. See how many lengths of nettle you can eat in an hour and if you can beat the world record!

Sunday: Bridport Vintage Market

The much-loved monthly Sunday market is back at St Michael's Trading Estate. Find an eclectic mix of vintage and collectable items, with many of the estate's business also being open for the day.

You can add your events and find more on our What's On page.

Hive Beach Company is the exclusive sponsor of Bridport Nub News' What's On section. Without community-minded partners like them we would not be able to produce dedicated, clickbait-free news to the people of Bridport.
